(1) Negative Pull-Up (:30 rest)
(1) Negative Pull-Up (max hang)

KB Warmup: Swints and C&J with 16kg KB - Multiple sets

24kg KB / 1-arm LCCJ / 5 min. / 8rpm
- Been a while since I've done this and was not very motivated to workout. This was one of the worst workouts I've had in a while.

Much slower tonight than usual, and I'm not sure exactly why. I haven't felt as fast since winter started. We've had snow on the ground pretty much constantly for the past month. And I felt a little full from the big lunch/movie popcorn I had today. Could be a combination of the weather and diet.

Got a blister on my right foot, just under the big toe. It may be that I went too hard too fast on the new shoes. Hopefully it won't be a big deal. I may have to switch back and forth with the Saucony's for a while.
