- Clock broke. So I had to try to pace myself. 50 l,r would be close

- Multiple sets of jerks with 16kg

- finally hit Rank III numbers on snatch. It was a tough set, however
most of it was mental past the last couple of minutes each hand. I
started with left hand this set

16kg KB / Snatch / 4 min. / 20+ rpm
- Good finisher. I really tried to go as fast as I could and maintain
good form. Got close to 20-22 reps per minute.

24kg KB / 1-arm Jerk / 2min. r, l / 8rpm

16kg KB / Jumps / 1x15
