Made some major inroads in my running form this week. Watched the following video:

I mimicked the form shown here (upright posture, midfoot strike, smaller motions with the hands, and a bent knee with a slightly forward poster). I felt exponentially faster. My cadence was faster for sure, and I felt like I was using momentum much more appropriately. I ran this route in 20:48. I believe my fastest time before was a 20:34, and that was definitely a high 4-5 intensity. This felt much more like a 3.
