PFT day. This was the last event, mile and a half. The perceived exertion level is much higher due to having to complete 3 events beforehand including a 300m sprint
1) Situps in 1 min. - 47
2) 300m Spring - 49.17 - only event I significantly got worse in. need practice
3) pushup - 51
4 1.5 - 11:00
Overall score 16. Would like to get 20 on PFT day (if I'm lucky enough to get there)
