1x800 @ Speed Pace - 3:24 - at this point I was pretty worn out

2x200 @ Speed Pace - :50, :48 - very worn out at this point

Due to the difference in distance between my road and a .25 mile (my road is .27), I'm going to adjust my Race pace and speed paces slightly. These are a little too fast for my goals.
