Awesome interval workout. I went back and tried to compensate on my times a little bit for extra .02 miles over a quarter that my street has. This resulted in my "speed" pace being right around where my race paces were the past couple of weeks. Still tough, but it makes my workout more doable. And I'm pretty confident that I'll be able to hit my goal pace.
