Training Log Archive: ginger

Skiing again. Went to Canaan Valley this morning, icier than Timberline, and the rental boots did a number on both of my feet, neuroma pain was so bad it was shooting up my foot to my heel. Might have to see if there's a way to put my orthotics in the boots. Kind of a bummer to have my foot hurt so bad, feels like I just undid all the progress we made over the last year, but we'll have to see if some massage and stretching helps.
