| felt absolutely terrible this morning. I think the stress of the last week is catching up to me-no zip at all in the legs, and I even found myself walking on occasion. Lost about 8 pounds in the past week and a half or so, and I think that might have something to do with my overall lethargy. the official copy of my orders didn't come in yesterday, either, so my travel plans are still in limbo. hopefully I'll find out on monday if I've got to rush out to Guam, or head directly to Japan in a week or so. |

| as usual, picked it up a bit on the back half of the ride. staged a bit of a breakaway with Donna, but not as spirited as usual, and we ended up getting caught at the muddy creek/charity neck intersection. got back home and realized I had several messages waiting for me from the detailer-my orders are in! woohoo! my squadron wants me in Guam this weekend! Sh!t! |

| felt sluggish, probably a result of so many days of relative inactivity. pushed my luck a bit by going on a previously uncharted route too close to dusk, so the last part of my run was after dark. also ended up nearly being accosted by 2 dogs, and had to jump 2 fences. not because of the dogs, I just didn't realize the road ended. and retreat is never an option :) |
