Worked out at the hotel, instead of going all the way into base. Not a great gym, but adequate. no running today, my knees were still a bit twingy.

went for a bit of a run after squadron pt-I was already warmed up, so why not? took it pretty easy because of my knee, but a good run anyway.

had duty today, and got stuck at work kind of late, so my workout ended up being fairly rushed as I tried to get a short run in before meeting Chewy, Rocky, and the FNGs for dinner. mmm, curry and cheese naan-so tasty!

avg intensity of 3, more intense while doing Chewy's regime, slightly less so after he left and I was just doing a few exercises on my own. pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, floor wipers, shoulders, biceps.

ran around base for a while-through housing and around the flight line back to the the gym and then home. really nice evening for a run-sunny and 9 deg C.
