Note
HRAdventure night-o
orienteering (night-o) 2:30:00 [2]
HRAdventure night score-o with olena. nice night for a run, but we only found about half the controls. Another frustrating example of the AR crowd's "it's within 50m-ish of the control circle" mentality. new map-pretty decent, but felt kind of fuzzy in a few areas.
biking (mtb-trail) 42:00 [3] 6.0 mi (7:00 / mi)
mtb loop at new quarter park in williamsburg. fast and non-technical, so it was a lot of fun and good practice since it's been so long since i've ridden any single track.

Friday Jul 7

swimming 1:10:00 [3] 2 km (35:00 / km)
swimming at the base pool w/ Olena

Thursday Jul 6

running (road) 29:10 [2] 3.5 mi (8:20 / mi)
around the neighborhood and down General Booth to Corporate Landing and back. cooler tonight, but still very humid. I also did 4x~400m surges on the way back, which i've logged seperately.
running (road) 6:30 [5] 1.0 mi (6:29 / mi)
4x approx 400m surges w/ 2:00 walk/jog recovery between each

Wednesday Jul 5

rock climbing (gym) 30:00 [3]
climbing w/ Olena. Still incredibly hot, which made the chalk into a paste on my hands=not good. Still, I made it to the overhang, just couldn't manage the reach/finesse to get past it :( maybe next week.

Sunday Jul 2

biking (road) 1:43:00 [4] 33.0 mi (3:06 / mi)
showed up at 9 (as advertised) for the sunday morning ride with the conte's group, only to find out that they had left at 830. there were 3 others in the parking lot, though, who had all driven in from out of town for the ride, so I led a modified (read: i missed a turn and got a little lost) tour de pungo. moderate/fast pace most of the way, but stiff head/cross winds for much of the route made the going a bit tougher than i anticipated.
