| it's been a long week at work (yay radar!) but i think it's actually better when i have to make time to work out-I find that i'm much less likely to be lazy or skip a workout. |

| shortened pungo ride as the first part of our brick workout. heat index today was about 115, but it had cooled off to a balmy (almost chilly) 110 by the time we went. yeah. |

| track workout with the final kick crew. 1 mile warm up, 8x400 at 5k pace w/1 min rest, 1 mile cool down. HOT today, heat index at 530pm was still around 105, which i think was a big reason that i felt so tired/drained during the workout. |
