Saturday Aug 12

running (road) 43:30 [4] 5.1 mi (8:31 / mi)
run around the red mill neighborhood. was shooting for a 45 minute tempo run, but came back slighly faster than i went out. felt good tonight, not too hot or humid.

Thursday Aug 10

rock climbing (gym) 1:30:00 [1]
slept:4.5
mostly just did some bouldering tonight, was feeling a bit listless. could be the 18 hours total of sleep i've gotten this week and the fact that i still felt drained from being so stressed out all week, but that's just a guess.
strength/core 20:00 [2]
did some pull-ups and an ab workout while i was waiting for olena to get to the gym.

Wednesday Aug 9

running (road) 21:00 [4] 2.5 mi (8:23 / mi)
slept:3.0
managed to get out for a quick run before dinner. had my radar test today (a test i've literally been dreading since april) and after four hours of complete hell, i'm done with radar! i felt completely physically and mentally drained afterwards, though, and my run felt positively brutal.

Tuesday Aug 8

swimming (pool) 50:00 [3] 2.2 km (22:44 / km)
didn't have much time for a workout today between studying for my radar test and the pool closing briefly for lightning in the vicinity, but i did manage to do a warm-up, 400m pyramid, and cool-down. was hoping to make it home it time to go for a run with the final kick crew, but no such luck. probably for the best, anyway-they had almost 8 miles planned, and i really shouldn't take that long of a study break

Sunday Aug 6

biking (road) 1:37:00 [4] 30.0 mi (3:14 / mi)
pungo ride out to indian river road and back. went with the tba guys again, and as usual, i was the only girl, and once they got up to 25-27mph, i just watched them go and slogged along at about 19mph. oh well.
