| Mud in your eye xc 5k race at Mount Trashmore. The sub-freezing temperatures and my recent case of bronchitis made this a lot harder than I had expected. I've been feeling better this week, but running indoors didn't really prepare me for the race this morning. It felt like a sizable population of jellyfish, along with a small but spirited contingent of blowfish had suddenly taken up residence in my lungs. fun. |

| OHR extreme-o event at Northwest River park in Chesapeake. Cold. Muddy. Wet. Thorny. Still feeling tired/achy from the 5k earlier this morning. And the freezing mid-thigh to waist deep swamp water was an extra-special treat. |
