| third race in the series. I was still recovering from the winging party last night, but felt surprisingly ok despite last night's festivities. cold-about 32 degrees with a fairly strong breeze. I was overdressed again-I let the wind convince me that a jacket was a good idea, which it was, but i was wishing i had brought a lighter jacket or just a second shirt by just a few minutes into the race. |

| really wish I'd brought some slightly warmer clothes so I could run outside today, it was beautiful out. And I'm getting really bored running indoors. Played with the speed and incline settings a bunch today just to try to keep it interesting. |

| Finally got a chance to get back to the gym today. Heart rate was a little elevated even before i started, probably left over from being sick, but felt ok once i got started. |
