yup. back on mando study. which means i'm back to using my 2 hours of freedom/day to work out, so i guess it's not all bad. pool's still closed, though :(

another reasonably clean run, and my knee felt better today, so I was able to jog much of the course with even a bit of running at times. Only 1 real mistake, probably lost about a minute when I completely lost focus and took off from 16 to 17 with no real plan, so the whole leg was a bit haphazard. I really need to work on that.
