| another reasonably clean run, and my knee felt better today, so I was able to jog much of the course with even a bit of running at times. Only 1 real mistake, probably lost about a minute when I completely lost focus and took off from 16 to 17 with no real plan, so the whole leg was a bit haphazard. I really need to work on that. |
