no time to work out today-travel arrangements finally posted, and I ship out tomorrow morning, whee! guess I'll be logging plenty of hours on the treadmill over the next few months :(

packed up my bikes yesterday :( so I had to use the trainers at the gym. it was raining, anyway, so no huge loss.

wasn't feeling so hot on the bike, so I figured I'd do another really easy run, but started to feel better as I ran (probably just needed to give the water I drank time to settle) so I picked up the pace and ended up feeling really strong.
