Run through Kuala Lumpur w/ XO and Chewy. Slowed to a walk when we inadvertantly wandered directly into the middle of the Malaysian independance day celebration. Finally made it to the park, jogged around a bit more, but my legs felt like lead, and it was 35 C outside, so we were all hurting a bit. (being out until 4 am drinking the previous night is also apparently detrimental to one's running ability, who knew?) At least I've held to my goal of running through every city we've visited this cruise.
