Sycamore canyon with Shakey after work. Beautiful weather, and not too much wind in the canyons. Haven't been sleeping well this week, though, so I was pretty tired and the effort felt a lot harder than it should have.

Sycamore canyon on my way from LAX to Mugu. It was close to dusk when I got there, though, so I didn't have much time for a run. Felt really good to stretch my legs after 10+ hours driving and on the plane.
