Only had a few minutes between work and getting ready for the Squadron party, so I went for a quick run around Cedar Cove. Unfortunately, my body feels as though it was repeatedly strapped into an uncomfortable chair, flipped upside down, and dunked under the water yesterday. That, and swimming with 40 pounds of ill-fitting gear probably didn't help.
