running 20:00 [4]
Had to video myself running for a biomechanical analysis. First impressions- my foot strike angle and legs aren't as bad as I'd feared, and hip ROM is actually not as big of a problem as I'd thought (although still definitely an issue to work on). My main goal for the next few weeks/months is to concentrate on keeping my shoulders relaxed and back, so that my chest stays more open. Downloaded a free app that does slow motion video and allows you to draw angles for analysis, so definitely a fun toy to play with over the coming months to see if I can make any changes.
