swimming 2:30:30 intensity: (2:00:00 @2) + (20:00 @3) + (10:30 @4)

Lifeguard swim and skills test. 8:40 for the 500yd swim, plus brick retrieval and tread, some sprint drills, and lots of easy swimming/treading to stay warm(ish).
