Yep, apparently bad leg cramps whenever I try to move faster than a waddle are now a thing, so it looks like I'll be moving back into the pool for the next 2 months. Tried to follow all of the sprint rules we went over on Tuesday, and felt like they actually helped. I'm fairly sure this is the first sprint I've ever done that shows no lost time (not counting the 30 seconds to #8, but that was because I actually stopped and tried to stretch out my calves for a few seconds) and I honestly don't think I made any mistakes or sub-optimal route choices. It'll be good to do some dedicated sprint and speed training in the spring and see if I can keep reading ahead effectively at a race pace.
