Woo! Swimsuit arrived, so it's back in the pool for me! Since I feel like I have the grace and girth of a manatee these days, swimming laps was much preferable to waddling around the track (even though I'm loving the cooler weather).

Finally made it to the pre-natal yoga class I've been meaning to check out for a couple months now. Good class, the push-ups were more challenging than I expected, but the squats were easier. Overall my hips and lower back feel much better than they have in weeks, so here's hoping I'll have an easier time sleeping tonight.
