The snow meant I couldn't go for a jog today (I mean, technically I COULD have, but I really didn't want to), so it was more stability and strength work on the bosu.

Now that I'm 6 weeks post partum, I went for my first official jog. Pyramid from 1-4' jogging with 1' walk in between. Felt reasonably good, considering I haven't done even that much jogging in months. Katherine wasn't thrilled, and the fact that she's been on a nap strike for the last two days didn't help, but she eventually stopped screaming, at least during the jogging intervals.

Oh! I got into the cherry blossom 10 miler again this year, so I'm excited to see what I can do when I'm not 5 weeks pregnant, and hopefully the weather will cooperate as well, although I don't have a great track record with DC races and weather.
