Jogging at the track before I was summoned to take care of OOD stuff. Legs were feeling a bit lethargic from yesterday's spin class, anyway, but it was good to stretch them out for a little bit. And, Katherine slept through the night last night! Like, 2000-0530 through the night! And she's rolling over on to her stomach to sleep more regularly (which seems to help her sleep longer), so hopefully this trend will continue.
