I think the command might actually be trying to kill me. I haven't felt that smoked at the end of a PT session in a long time. Sprints in between sets of push-ups, sit-ups, leg lifts, planks, squats, lunges, and box jumps. At least my cold is getting better, so I was able to breathe. And I'm med up again so I can fly- woo!
