Actually remembered my bike shorts today, so got in a quick base loop after work.

1000 steady effort. Plan was originally to do 2000 steady, but I was a bit behind schedule to get Katherine from daycare. In hindsight, I probably could have just stayed to finish the 2000, because as I got to daycare they were getting ready for afternoon snack, but Katherine got up from her chair and announced "bye bye", so we left. But then I just had a hangry toddler for the drive home.
Figured today was going to be quite busy at work, and I'd be lucky to get any workout in, but ended up not being too bad. Then I discovered I'd forgotten shorts, so I was limited to the pool, but at least I had time for a long swim. Warm up, 15×100, 25x25, stroke drills, and cool down. Pool was 76 today, felt quite chilly for the first 500 or so, then quite pleasant.
