Got released from quasi-quarantine, so back to PT and figured as long as I was there, I should get a swim in, too. I'm out of shape for swimming, but the muscle memory is pretty remarkable, in that after not swimming for 4 months, I can still pull off ~35 second 50s pretty comfortably. Not fast, but decent enough. I imagine that's how people who are actually good at running feel when they've taken a break and come back to run a 24 minute 5k, which I have never managed to pull off. Nice to get back in the pool, even though it was a bit chilly, and they've closed the locker rooms, so it's a bit of a cold, wet drive home.
