Dance 45:00 [1]

Katherine's dance class was on zoom this morning due to the weather, so as a bonus I got to dance along. Also 14 4 year olds in a zoom class is pretty chaotic, so the parents were all supposed to stay in the room and help the kids stay somewhat focused. Lots of fun, though, and I can see why Katherine loves her class.

Snow shoeing 50:00 [1]

This was really just sledding with Katherine and teaching her how to have a snowball fight. Loving having a few inches of snow every weekend, then having the roads clear again by the next day. Did have to cancel my PT appointment, though. Probably could have rescheduled for the afternoon, but wasn't sure it was worth braving the roads and the base traffic (thanks security exercises for ridiculous lines at the gate even when everyone is teleworking) just for a 20 minute foot stretch.

Still cold, 78 degrees. I feel like 78 was warmer when I was a kid. Or maybe I'm getting weak in my old age. Took about 600 yards for me to warm up properly, but then it felt good. Come summer, I'll no doubt be complaining that 82 feels positively bathtub-like.

PT still seems to be working on my foot, but it has been a little sore the last couple days. The PTs say they still have a couple tricks up their sleeve, though, so might give those a try on Friday. They booked me through March today, too, so hopefully another 6 weeks will keep things progressing as well.
