felt reasonably good today. All my aches and pains and whingy bits behaved themselves and gave me hope that someday I might actually get back into some sort of shape. But then my allergies reminded me that it's spring, so for the next 2-3 weeks at least, my eyelids will feel like they're lined with sandpaper. 2nd Moderna shot on Monday as well, so I'm planning on taking it easy for a least a day or two after that.

Nice day for a ride! Almost goobered it up and wore a jacket, but fortunately came to my senses before heading out. The breeze was a little bit brisk for the first few minutes, but it was perfect once I'd warmed up. Felt great until the 45 minute mark or so, when my core decided it'd had enough for the day, further proof that I need to do more consistent core work.

Walking 45:00 [1] 1.4 mi (32:09 / mi)

Walk x2 with Katherine. First one was to go look at the cherry blossoms at the old manor, which she promptly declared were "as pretty as a dandelion!" Hmm. Then after dinner, we took Brandy for her daily walk, but this time it was Moana themed, and we had to sail our canoes around the block in a race. Good thing I was bestowed a large canoe and oar by Katherine/Moana/Maui, because I almost won the race. I didn't, of course, because the course was determined by the whims of a 4 year old, but I did place a strong second.
