Feeling great after yesterday's run. Weather is crappy for the next few days so looking at indoor exercise for the most part.

Ran with Barfield. Slow run along river to IUPUI track. Did 3x200 with walk in between. Run back to office. Knee hurts and calves are stiff. (distance is a conservative estimate)

Note

It's a new year and I have made no resolutions. I do plan to do a few things this year.
Plan 1 - Watch what I eat. I'll still eat crap but less of it. In addition, our menus will reflect some kind of nutritional responsibility.
Plan 2 - Compete in the 2005 WPFG. I figure six months of training for this and then I can switch to long trail runs.
Plan 3 - Run the Tecumsah Trail Run in December. (See Plan 2.)
Plan 4 - Read the Bible. I'm not very spiritual but then again, I don't run either.
Plan 5 - Get a 300 on the USMS PPC.
