Did a nice circuit routine with Sandra at home. It was mainly to compbat sitting on the couch watching more football.

Rode the AirDyne and the Recumbant for 15:00 each. Very relaxing as I was still quite sore from yesterday.

Tired and Cranky. Didn't really feel like going out but...
I DID IT ANYWAY!!!
Ran/walked/crawled with Barfield and Pappas. I slowed them down plenty. I don't know why I sucked so bad. Maybe it was...
A. The crap (coffee,danish,steak sandwich, fries and punch) that I had today.
B. The fact that I did not sleep well last night.
C. The fact that I am a fat, lazy wimp and have not run in awhile.
Or something like that.
We did the three sets of stairs (IUPUI, ISM, IWM) three times. OUCH. My ass and my legs hurt bad.
