Nothing better when it comes to developing swim strength

Envelope run over Rolling trail. Goal was to run last 3 miles at 630 pace. Felt better then last week. Hot on those trails!!

total shit swim at masters. felt terrible so got out after 45 min.
Think I am just tired from the past couple of weeks. Turned today into a mellow day

recovery ride today instead of hill intervals which I will try to do tomorrow. Needed a more mellow day to get the body back
