Wow its amazing what not doing exercise for 4-5 days does to your body, felt tired as soon as i hopped on the bike, decided though that it didn't matter how much it hurt would try and beat my previous time. Almost made it just a minute slower so still happy with that

Woot absolutely smashed my time from the morning even though I was travelling into a strong headwind. Just told myself to sprint all the way home no matter how much it hurt. Would really like to know how fast I could ride the route on a rd bike, only 7 minutes slower than my day who's on a roadie, cant be disappointed with that
