36 degrees out and Desplaines River Trail ride to Easter Dinner at Bond's residence. A little slow due soft trail and road crossings due to underpasses being flooded out. I came back 5 minutes faster.

Finally Ran my 4 mile road out & back from home. Tried to push the last 2 miles in 7:30 pace. Oh Well, I would give my physical running condition a C-

Floor Hockey with my only floor hockey class. 4300 steps on pedometer, which is higher than before when I was sick.

Fartlek run with the track team. Also added lots of stadium steps, that for some reason I liked and the team didn't. Too bad.
