Double Arch Loop, reallly the only one around here. It has a few hills.

Nice ride after the run. Still learning the roads around here. No dogs and very little to no traffic.

Biking in southern Il ,from the farm, on rough farm roads is perfect for my shockless hybrid. I saw some cool areas, that was not all farm land. Endless opportunties to explore these seemingless endless country roads. Always looking out for the farm dog who never seen a biker, but had no encounters.

Friday May 25

The last game of the year. My team got shutout, as my goalie I picked had to leave before the game started.
Running tempo 41:00 [4]
Trail run at Bristol woods, which is one of the coolest trails to run anywere. All woods with appox 4.5 miles total trail. After 19 min warmup. I did my appox 3 mile loop or tempo loop in 21:54. I was shooting for 21:30 but it was the first time running out there this year.

Floor Hockey Game, and 2nd to last game of the year.
Running intervals 1:00:00 [5] 4.5 mi (13:19 / mi)
10 X400 meter repeats. Average of 87 seconds.

PE Activities 40:00 [3]
Floor Hockey Game, no pedometer, but it was 4 on 4 and it was the first ever shutout.
Running 14:15 [4] 2.0 mi (7:08 / mi)
Some kid cahllanged me to a 2 mile run, and he quit before 1/2 mile, I finished anyway even though my gut hurt since it was right after lunch.
Road Riding 1:15:00 [3] 20.0 mi (3:45 / mi)
Warm and windy on my 20 mile loop. Not much speed since I hammered yesterday.

Monday May 21

Road Riding intervals 2:15:00 [4] 34.0 mi (3:58 / mi)
5 intense hill intervals at about 4:00 min each.
Learning to ride fast at intense pace. Got this in a bike mag that said to do 5X 5:00 min to get more watts. After an easy weekend,nice to workout on a Monday.
