| Biking in southern Il ,from the farm, on rough farm roads is perfect for my shockless hybrid. I saw some cool areas, that was not all farm land. Endless opportunties to explore these seemingless endless country roads. Always looking out for the farm dog who never seen a biker, but had no encounters. |

| The last game of the year. My team got shutout, as my goalie I picked had to leave before the game started. |

| Trail run at Bristol woods, which is one of the coolest trails to run anywere. All woods with appox 4.5 miles total trail. After 19 min warmup. I did my appox 3 mile loop or tempo loop in 21:54. I was shooting for 21:30 but it was the first time running out there this year. |

Learning to ride fast at intense pace. Got this in a bike mag that said to do 5X 5:00 min to get more watts. After an easy weekend,nice to workout on a Monday. |
