Downers Grove 5 mile. Picked up Clark at usual spot and headed down. Ok a little heavy and a little hungover, hilly and humid. On No the 4 H's of running, at least it wasn't hot. Not very competitive, but a good workout. Now running into friend from the GMR of a couple weeks ago.

Jim Gibbons 5K race in Chicago. I used to like this race, but I had to drive to the area and find parking, my bad , mary was scheduled to land at Ohare at the end of the race. I missed any festivities after the race and made almost perfect timing to the aeroport. I missed seeing Clark run as I hustled the 10 minute jog to my vehicle. Next time we ride and hit some good beer and food after.
