Running race 44:15 [5] 6.2 mi (7:08 / mi) vdot: 46.0
Weschester 10k. Well it seems that i have trained short and it showed. I have been training for 2-3 mile distances. So the first 3 mile were okafter that i just hung on to finish running 7:15 minute miles.
I was pretty sore form all 10 hours home remodle work and seems like I have a mild cold. My conditioning has been hurt by the injury, but it keeps getting better.

Last local meet of the Chicago O club season. It was a thick in some areas and kinda a runners course. I finished 3rd today and 2nd overall in the Red Course club championships for 2007. It never rained and was my first double of the year. My foot felt great but sore tonight a bit.

Friday Nov 9

Running 40:00 [4] 5.0 mi (7:59 / mi)
Back to Bristol Woods for a Friday tempo test run and it was great. I ran 21:47 for the same course I ran 24:00 on Wed. I am getting back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thursday Nov 8

Running tempo 31:00 [4] 4.0 mi (7:45 / mi)
2 mile tempo run on front road. Finally I really got some tempo at 13:45 for two miles. The rib thing is much better, but still can feel it, 2 weeks later.

Wednesday Nov 7

Running tempo 42:00 [4] 6.0 mi (7:00 / mi)
Bristol woods for a 18 min warmup and a 24 minute tempo run. Felt good and really first hard run since getting hurt at work 2 weeks ago

Tuesday Nov 6

Running 30:00 [3] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
Went to Bristol Woods to go hard and did not have it at all.
