I had to check out the conditions at Parkside. It was dark and the trail was not near as good as I expected, lots of sticks and some icey spots.

More YMCA club training with my Dad lifting weights and me on the treadmill and and lifestyle bike and throw in some weights and, he he he and call it a workout.

Friday Dec 28

Wind Trainer 48:00 [3]
Back to the club for more exercise with my Dad, I spent 20 min. on wind trainer and other time on various activities such as raquette ball and weights, so i just added time in. I can't wait to see snow and get ready to ski and race next week.

Thursday Dec 27

Hiking 3:00:00 [3] 8.0 mi (22:30 / mi)
Superstition Wilderness hike on the Peratia trail with my neice Sona and my nefhew Raffi. It was a long hike up to a saddle to view the prize. Weaver's Needle. It was cool and a nice rocky hike.
Great time with my neice and nefhew. I am trying to get them more into hiking, biking and guitar playing than the city life they live. If I had more time with them to get them into this, maybe some day.

Monday Dec 24

Running 50:00 [3] 5.5 mi (9:05 / mi)
Hello Arizona!!! My favorite place to run is in the Phoenix Mt. Preserve. It has cool trails that wonder all over, I had a time limit so I stayed flat, the footing is rocky, sandy and dirt. Nice views and I should be back most of the week to train here. Oh and i have not run in 2 weeks and I felt pretty good.
C • A foot of new snow in Wisconsin! 1
