Sunday Jan 27

XC-Skiing 1:30:00 [3] 20 km (4:30 / km)
Rapid River Ski Trail. On way home Sunday from Nokie stopped and skied on a really nice trail system. Snow was good and the woods were like being in the wilderness.

Saturday Jan 26

XC-Skiing race 3:00:13 [5] 51 km (3:32 / km)
Nokie Ski Race in Marquette, MI. The newspaper said a perfect day and it was ,weather wise. The skiing was great, I had lots of energy and I was smiling 95% of the race. It was a great weekend socializing at the awards party and I even won a big, big jug of power replacment recovery drink.

Thursday Jan 24

Wind Trainer 21:00 [3]
Part of Quadathlon ..sp for FEB 3rd
C • What is a wind trainer? 2
Running 39:00 [3]
Broke up be the wind trainer inbetween runs.
Weight Training 10:00 [3]
Non-stop 10 minutes, mostly ski training exercises.

Wednesday Jan 23

XC-Skiing 1:35:00 [3] 19 km (5:00 / km)
I did not go to race at L-Peak tonight, a number of reasons, so I went to Parkside and skiied ZZZ Strip. It a famous stretch along the woods line that holds snow forever! Steve attempted to groom yesterday and it did not work out, snow to light and thin to pack down. I only base my distance on time at 5 min. per K. Guess I will go tomorow and do it again. Its a shame that every where else got bombed with snow except up.

Monday Jan 21

XC-Skiing 3:17:00 [5] 45 km (4:23 / km)
Another day at Nordic, it was supposed to be a 50K day but the snow kept on coming and slowed down the last lap still getting 3:17 time in on snow. The last of 3 loops was tough being the 3rd day in a row skiing.
I AM TIRED!! ^65,63 and 68 minutes each.
C • You're moving up the list - now 88th! 2
