Sunday Mar 9

Orienteering Meet race 27:38 [5] 4.8 km (5:45 / km)
Madneass Race #3 Lincoln Park Zoo, and Lenny the leader after 2 events didn't showed up. That left it for just about an easy win. It was follow the leader after the lions screamed us out of their home ( zoo). Than I got to skip 2 controls and so did KB. She took it out and must of known the area and easyly beat me head on. Than Jeff S and Maricel came in. Lots of fun folks there and after we headed to Goose Island of course!!!
With a handicapped system our best Orienteers (young) will not win this type of event untill the O gets more technical. A fun series overall.

Nordic ski trail and i was a little tired, but I broke 1000K for the ski season.
Conditions were a little icey in spots but the green trail was perfect.

Friday Mar 7

Floor Hockey 37:00 [3]
3771 steps for one class in floor hockey. Going tomorow to greenbush to get in one last ski and make 1000k for the ski season.

Thursday Mar 6

Tired today, not sure why and low energy. oh and my heel hurts and I can only think when I should be planning on my heel surgery in November.

Wednesday Mar 5

We had some good games and some not so.
Running 40:00 [4] 4.5 mi (8:52 / mi)
Track Team workout, 3X mile repeats. The track is still full of snow and ice. We ran to the water tower and back for thw work out. My splits were 7:17, 7:30 and 7:30. Not too god but I pushed for a while and it will get better.

Tuesday Mar 4

7900 steps. Ouch my left should area has a hurt muscle that hurts when I shoot the puck. A little ice action later.
