| Warm-up nad cool down at U Of W Plattville befroe and after my 2-miler's race. She won in 12:37 as well as my Long and Triple Jumper wins and a 2nd in my 800 runners race. It felt good except theses were WI xchools and are not as tough as IL schools. |

| Track work out including warmup jog and cool down jog.. 6X300 meters in about 1:00 each. Track still had snow on it so we walked the snow to the start of the 300. |

| A good game of floor hockey and 3787 steps for 35 min. The way to judge if I am working hard or not is the steps per min. I was over the 100 per minute range so that means I worked hard.
I am going to add 25 more minutes for the next class. |

| Actually 3 workouts, but to lazy to seperate all 3. So I did 20 minutes floor hockey, 20 min 2 mile run and 20 min on the spin bike. |
