Ravenswood 5K. I did not feel too bad and improved by about 8 seconds over 2 weeks.

Palos Hills Map and a new course setter. It was going well until the 12th and 13th controls.

9 x 400 meter repeats. With track team and they avgeraged about 85 seconds. Bad lunch for hard workout.
