Hanging and picking up controls on my Mt Bike for the Arie Crown score O. I really like that format. One map, one course ,one hour time. The newbies seem to mostly come back having a good time, as compared to some having fustration and disappointment in not finding controls.

It was L-Peak 10K, the hillest race you can find. I had a bad head cold but still went anyway. I tried to maintain a decent pace and get through this. I was about 7 minutes slower than other years. Nice day

Ok round 2 of Lapham Peak Hills. Nice course and I had decent Navagation for the whole course. Just Slow and tired.

Bristol Woods Trail Run...Ahhhh nice, but I have a cold and wanted to see if I can still run L-Peak tough 10K Race and O meet Sat.

Late ride to the High School cross country race at Fox River Park. Had to beat it home as it was getting dark.

Monday Sep 29

Finally got a ride in, starting to get cold out a bit. Trying to lossen legs up after hard week of workouts and races.
