Orienteering Meet race 51:48 [5] *** 3.4 km (15:14 / km) +145m 12:33 / km
ahr:153 max:175 spiked:9/14c shoes: Icebug green #5

Pineridge xc ski area and first day of O in the Pines.
Middle distance event.
I started out by overrunning on a trail past #1, bombed no 2 and did not relocate to quickly losing 4 minutes to the course winner on that one. Had to focus carefully up and down through rocky areas the rest of the course. Not really a stellar run but sitting in 3rd out of 19 in M- 60

Island Lake Rec area. I rode my buddies bike that was too tall and no shocks.
It was a nice trail, not too technical but had lots of roots and some ups and downs. My shoulder was really sore the next day from I believe all the bumps.

Wolf Lake Trail Race.
Humid day and I was tired from all the work around the house day before.
Just wanted to get a workout and with only 74 participants I won age group.
