Running 47:00 [3] 7.0 km (6:43 / km)
shoes: Silver Solomon

Muddy run at Parkside, not many people out after big meets yesterday there. Rained hard so Katie got pretty muddy. Thank god they had porta pits out from the races. Shoulder not an issue running unless I would slip and fall, which at my pace is unlikely.

Went to Pets and ran with Katie. Slow but shoulder improving greatly.
Now need to get back that lost week of training.

Hiking 1:10:00 [1] 5.0 km (14:00 / km)

First day of exercise in a week.

Shoulder problem has been contained to just pain, but no killer pain unless I was to do something stupid. Lots of meds still, but managed to walk Katie today at Bristol woods.

MRI did not really show too much terrible. No surgery scheduled, I guess between insurance company's and doctors they might want to take their sweet time getting to surgery. How about some PT.....nothanks I don't need some one moving around my shoulder around rightniw.
Now if I needed the same surgery as on my right which was two screws attaching the labrum to the bone. That's was a pain in the $&:;(!$. And a long recovery. Which I am willing to take. So I guess I will see in 30 days feels and maybe no surgery.
