Tried a new trail that I never knew existed because it goes towards a golf course. I passed it millions of times and just never realized it was a trail.

5k in Gilbert Az.
Got my 3 nefhews and my brother to run too.
It was a goofy course and a small race.
No chips, no awards but pancakes after.
Ran down my one nefhews with 600 meters to go.
One other beat me by 2 minutes.
Early 7:30 run eliminated the heat factor.

Phoenix Mt Preserve, was not feeling so hot... or too hot as yesterday broke some record with 102 temp.
Ran half of this, hiked a while and than finished running on a road. My shoes sucked for all the rocks and gravel I was running on first and felt like the road part was the perfect answer.
Its still too hot here.

Oh hot as hell here in Arizona and I was jet lagged and maybe hung over... no dehydrated a bit
