5k cross county race. I ran for a team of west maybe a bit south of the city striders.
Don't ask how, but also a bunch of old teammate Ragnar runners' were there either running against or helping out with the race.
This was 3.5 loops on grass and a few low wet spots.
This was at Harms woods and we had 2 sprint meets just north of this race.

4-5 O controls were visible from the staging area for the race. None were messed with.

Ran the race, had a hotdog and headed to the orienteering event

2 sprints today, and I figured I would just do the more technical one first. Just in case.

Really nice use of this area for the sprints, which would be considered wooded. My calf's were tired and tight from the earlier race. Only sloppy on 2 controls.

Sprint 2, this was more typical sprint, some wooded control mixed with some open area type of controls.

It was so damn nice yesterday that I headed back to Parkside again as did Katie, so she went back to back 5 mile days.

Signed up for a 10 mile trail/beach run in December in Clearwater, Florida yesterday.
