Who hoo Greenbush was excellent 25 degrees, sun shinning, no wind and they have SNOW!!
Excellent trail conditions!!!
I went for an endurance workout. Tough when you don't have much of a base. My shoulders are weak but can manage to ski. My serious should pain last week much of been because of my fall landing on my hand.
Will have to recover quick and go back tomorrow as Monday its going to rain. This season really sucks, as I will miss a local O meet because i have to ski when i get so few chances.

Lapham Peak, great 1k loop man made snow in excellent shape.

Funny that when I hit some overspray on the trail it was deathly slow, like putting on the brakes. Only one little spot had it on the trail and the shortcut trail had it bad. My skis were not waxed either as they were my rock skis.
