Trails snow covered ha ha.
No grooming for Parkside as I parked the snowmo in my shed. Sorta of pain in the ass owning these things, as there is some serious maintenance to put this bad boy away for the summer. Totally screwed myself for rushing into buying this thing. Now stuck with it for the summer. I put it on craigs list and was barely offered 60% what I paid. Ill keep it for that price.

Is 250 miles on a shoe any good for a training that seems to wear out at that point?

Orienteering Meet 41:26 [5] 6.6 km (6:17 / km)
shoes: Icebug green #5

Last Madnaess run of the season. Very nice woods at St James Farm, more recently a horse area of some sorts. But a lot of reforestation is still taking place. Even though not a really big area, lots of trails of different widths were taken when possible. But my first time on this map so it was cool.

Trail Tempo run. It was part of the Thrillogy 2017 Running events. My friend and co track coach puts on these events and they are not a race really. Lots of dog canicross runners took off first and about 30-35 more after them. More of run,. running what you want and how fast run is up to you. It was in a newer park in Kenosha county called KD park.
He has fun swag, even some hanging in the trees while you ran. I picked off the only ski type hat I saw while I ran by it. There was cornbeef and craft beer after, even a Blackrocks beer from Marquette.

A bit chilly in the am, but it was sunny and while going around the lake twice, it was nice to run with the cold wind when it was not in your face.
